Order Processing
Order preparation time is 3 to 9 business days before shipment. The shipping time (indicated below) starts from the moment the order is dispatched.

Tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the delivery.
Delays
The times indicated are estimates and may suffer delays due to conditions beyond our control (customs, weather conditions, periods of higher order volume, etc.). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Delivery Address
Ensure that the delivery address is correct before finalizing the purchase. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In case of return due to a wrong address or uncollected order, a fee of €5 may be charged.
